Why did naruto get to meet SO6P again?

why did naruto and sasuke get to meet the SO6P and gain his powers at their death bed? when neither hashirama or madara met him or any other transmigrant for all we know.

That was the duty of Hamura's line, not Hagoromo's.

Besides, Hagoromo had no reason to believe Madara would succeed any more than his predecessors did, especially after he died. Remember that Hagoromo had no idea BZ was alive and manipulating the outcome.

The world was literally at stake and the last thing hagoromo wanted was his mom coming back. Unlike in madara and hashirama's era, nothing major was going on. The simple answer: Because of plot and they needed powerups.

The answer given to us in the manga: the SO6P had been transcending time, watching his son's reincarnations fight over and over again, but for some reason decided to speak to Naruto and Sasuke hoping they could end the fighting.
