Why did Mist still want her body?

When a Jinchuriki dies, the bijuu dies as well until it is reborn somewhere else. Like Minato said, it would be born without a jinchuriki and left to run amok:

So why did the Mist still want Rin's body? What value would a corpse have to them? What could possibly have happened if Konoha got her body instead of them? I don't get it.

well I think the bijuu would be reborn into a ball of chakra and in time it would grow back into a tailed beast or revived for use... ninja villages would want them badly.. Rin's body still had the beasts chakra inside of it so they wanted to keep her in their possession.. what happened to her body and what was the beast she had...?? she was burry was she??? Did Yagura have anything to do with this I wonder or any involvement?
