coz when u want to go 1000 miles no matter how fast ur u can get there faster with teleportation

in battle it adds element of surprise it might also be coz ftg is less chakra consuming and might leave minato without actually consuming his stamina

Because unlike FTG he is still in the same realm. With FTG you are teleporting, and therefore can't be hit during the process. With shunshin you can get hit still.

actually he is right. i think Kishi forgot to add Tobiramas speed(than the two hokages) as he wants the hokage to fight(rather than talking about their speed). and now as Tobirama and Hiruzen displays their feats, Tobiramas speed will also get known.
