[Discussion] why did madara want to be revived with rinne tensei.

If the person is revived with Rinne-tensei, they will be revived with their own body, and also in there prime with 100% chakra. And they won't be able to be sealed like an Edo.

Madara expected Obito to capture all bijuus, before he makes Nagato revive him.

The most likely explanation is because it was either that or Edo Tensei, and since the Edo Tensei Madara knew was severely inferior to what we see now, he saw Rinne Tensei as better.

i have a question also, when nagato revived everyone after the fight with naruto he said it was too late for jiraya, then how it wouldnt be too late for madara?

Actually, Edo or not, you can still be sealed. Most people will probably focus on trying to kill you though, if you're alive and not an undead zombie because it's easier.

But yeah i'm not sure exactly how Rinne Tensei works, and apparently you can host a tailed beast if you're revived with Edo Tensei as we saw with the Six Paths Jinchuriki. So Rikerslade's explanantion makes the most sense.

Madara gave Obito his "will" or something like that. I'm guessing enough of his essence to make rennei tensei possible even late.

What I don't get is if Obito could control the Gedo why he didn't revive him. If it was that important you'd think he would have transplanted both of Madara's eyes he took back from Nagato. On a side note, I've been thinking bout Madara's missing eye when he first meets Obito. Could he have used Izanagi somehow during his fight with the 1st even without senju dna? And how were all those Uchiha abusing Izanagi (which gave birth to Izunami) if they didn't have senju dna? Hmmm.....

he wanted to be a real boy not a Pinocchio pupet. As for coming back in there own body it more likely he wanted obiyo to put all the dead Uchihas dna in the zetsu and use them as host body that is why he has all the eyes

Easy, the plan was to capture all bijuus then revive Madara in his old age with his Rinnegan still on him then he would use all the bijuu chakra and absorb it like Nagato to become young again. Also to the people who say he wants to be revived at a younger age that isnt what he would want aswell since he wouldnt have his Rinnegan at that stage.
