why did MADARA get weaker?

before he became the new SOP6, Madara beat 9 bijuu, 2 of the strongest hokages and like half the Allied forces...but since his became the Sage, i've seen nothing Spectacular(Respect to Gai-sensei, even wen fighting Gai, we didnt see any special jutsu or anything like WTF)...he seems weaker.

Obito couldnt use kumai, now Madara's limbo doesnt seem to work aswell..
