Ok well kuma (after law) is in my top 3 one piece characters I loved his personality and just badassness about him
But Tf why he let someone turn him fully .-.

It just doesn't make sense to me

Can someone please explain I really hopes he goes back to his old self

do you mean full robot because a cyborg is half human half robot so a full cyborg wouldn't really change anything

It will be explained soon enough.
The popular theory is that he was ordered by Dragon to infiltrate the WG or summit. Thats the most likely as well.

Kuma's intentions are still unknown, but he's definitely still loyal to Dragon.
