I'm hopefull that Kishi will still explain the whole bloody mist stuff. I probably isnt coincidence that Rin and Kakashi were attacked by kiri nin. There will probably be another flashback, if not I'll be disappointed.

And I completely agree with you, it doesnt make sense. Kisame saw his Sharingan and was still doubtfull. Then Obito stepped out of he shadows and suddenly Kisame was convinced. Maybe it has something to do with Zetsu's copy ability. But thats just speculation on my point.
