well,1st of all, Kakashi killed Rin by mistake. Kakashi and Rin were fighting the ninja who had kidnapped Rin... During the absence of Rin in the hidden leaf, she was made the Jinchuriki of Isobu(3 tails) and had intended for Isobu(Rin) to destroy the hidden leaf village once Rin was in the village... But rin could not allow that to happen, as Kakashi was able to tell that a ninja was attacking him from behind, Rin stepped in between them and got killed by Kakashi who was already attacking... Again, Kakashi killed Rin by mistake and Rin chose to die to save the hidden leaf Village!!!

From what I read and understood, Kirigakure sealed the 3 tails inside her but knew she wouldn't be able to contain it for long so knowing she would run back home they allowed her but followed her closely by. What perplexes me is how Kakashi ends up being there specifically. I wonder if the whole kidnapping and rescue was done as one event or if they made some kind of "deal" with konoha in releasing her and having Kakashi meet/intercept them. In order to save Konoha, Rin asked Kakashi to kill her so that disaster could be avoided and the tailed beast's chakra would dissipate and take a while to reform which would buy them some time. The manga doesn't provide more info. so the rest is left to our overactive imagination.

Edit: Forgot she stepped in front of Chidori though still doesn't explain what Kakashi was doing there.

Rin didnt agree to have *** with kakashi, so he got mad than later found out rin has given her virginity to a mist ninja n got pregnent with three tail in her belly so he killed her.
