Why did Hogoromo need Hamura to defeat Kaguya?

Hogoromo has both Naruto+Sasuke's power so couldnt he single handedly seal Kaguya by touching her? Why was Hamura there?

That's a good point but I think hamuru is just for plot about kaguya getting sealed by her two sons and then Naruto and Sasuke

Because Hamura is the original weidler of the yin seal. Not Hagoromo

Kaguya wasn't at her full power or in her ideal element for the battle.......naruto and sauske also had knowledge of here attacks AND numbers including kakashi and obito for a period of time. Hamura was needed as a security blanket.

No it wasn't stated but it was shown... Thru flashbacks of Kaguya when she was sealed by Naruto and Sasuke the first thing she thinks of is Hamura and Hagoromo... It was also shown that Hagoromo had the yang seal.. But who knows how he attained yin seal

Simple, for two reasons:

- Past Kaguya was much closer to peak of her power.
- Past Kaguya had more haxxed abilties maybe also
- Hamura had yin seal
- They needed each other to Keep Juubi at bay after sealing it.

No, not another set of tailed beasts, it's just like how Minato sealed half on Kurama inside him. So it would be half chakra of the tailed beasts.
