Franky kissed her because that was his way of shutting her up. I wonder what Sanji would have done if he saw him do that.
To the people that say Frankyxrobin is dead, I don't know about that. I doubt they'll ever get together but Franky said the factory girl was an immature girl who knew nothing of love and that he breaks the heart of women like that. I doubt Robin is immature and prone to puppy love.
