[Spoilers] Why did Bege's plan fail? Several plot holes!

Firstly, spoiler alert for anyone who still hasn't read the latest chapter.

I'm not sure how to post pictures on a post, but on page 7, and 10 we are led to believe that the rockets fired by Bege and his crew get awfully close to big mom before her scream detonates them with her safely outside the blast radius. But... Wasnt the point of the KX rocket to poison Big Mom and not kill her due to the blast? If mere ordinance could kill big mom in that state, why the rockets and help of Gastino (Caesar) a poison gas man? Would'nt bullets and cannons fired from Bege be enough? I thought the KX rocket contained one of Gastino's poisonous gasses which would be capable of killing big mom upon inhalation in her weakened state. We've also seen sogekings..er um Gastino's gas's effective ranges in punk hazard. And they should be able to still effect big mom based on the proximity of their detonation...

Arguments aside, and I can understand the counter points. Angle, perspective, gas effective range, Prometheus, etc. I still have another issue with the outcome of the chapter.

We are lead to believe that Bege is also know for being a cunning taction, and very smart. He also has a very interesting devil fruit that creates a pocket dimension that allows him to house, or "castle" people, animals, weapons, that can come and go at the users say so.
He has a fully furnished castle along with tables chairs portraits of himself, several rooms, carpet upholstery. I think it would be safe to assume he has kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms right? Caesar dropping the mirror shouldn't have really been a big deal if logically speaking Capone would have a decent sized mirror in his pocket dimension. The logical thing to do would be to have one of his crew bring the mirror out and all escape via Brûlée... I find it really unlikely that amongst all that we have seen in his inner castle he didn't have a mirror, and I'm not even sure the size of the mirror matters to Brûlée DF anyway.

Case in point I found these plot holes very apparent in the last chapter, what do Y'all think?

Can't argue against the first part, if it's a gas weapon, it doesn't have to hit its target to work, the weapon type wasn't stated tho and there's a possibility it's designed to only hurt the person it strikes tho, cos if it's designed like normal gas weapons, the alliance would need masks like Jack and Co did.

For the second part, we don't know how DFs with dimensions work, we don't know if the things in it persist after they leave (that'll mean the cannon balls and other things used for attacks were brought in, and not created inside). Though, it really would have been smart to keep at least one mirror inside Capone. Then we don't know what ll happen after this, it's possible they'll escaped from inside Capone (highly unlikely tho).

I figured it was safe to assume gas poison because if "Gastino", but your absolutely right I don't remember any specifics on the rocket.

I would assume Bege could only create the space and or rooms, all items and people etc we see were real world objects brought in, I would assume any mirror that was in the castle was created in the world, and brought into Bege by his DF, I wasn't implying capone could create the things inside his castle like furniture and decor, but since he can create an avatar of himself anything is possible

The first one is not a plot hole. The rockets exploded far away from her. Google diffusion. Also, Big Mom's scream is sending air pressure AWAY from her. Caesar straight up says the air pressure being blown around is intense. That pressure of Big Mom's scream likely blew the gas away from her and dispersed it through the air.

Keeping a mirror inside Capone isn't exactly something Capone would consider since his body would remain. Everyone else might escape, but given Bege's character, it's pretty obvious he isn't the sacrificial type.

There was a needle on the point of the rockets, looks like it had to get in her bloodstream for it to be effective, otherwise there would be no point in getting her defense down and her skin weak if the poison would be effective by breathing it in.

Then why make the rockets explosive? I'm supposed to believe that the poison would pierce big moms skin, and inject fully into her blood stream before the rpg explosion? Rocket propelled syringes? Why not dart guns? Why use a gas gas man to make a liquid poison?

It'll be too easy, what's the point of all the build up if they escape from inside Capone or by bringing the mirror outside him? We've still got the Vinsmokes, the tamatebako and Pekoms......

Also even IF there are mirrors I doubt Bege himself could escape through one because that would be some kind of weird devil fruit inception where he has to get pulled through a mirror while he basically "is" that mirror.

Was it ever directly confirmed that Bege's body turns into a castle? It'd be kind of cool if he had a situation like Cracker and his biscuits where he can create a castle that he stays in that's modeled after himself.

Edit: Nvm, just remembered we saw his castle body morph into him when he caught Sanji.
