Why did Ashura's descandant, Hashirama get Mokuton (Wood Release)

Rikudou = Rinnegan master aka master of spiritualism (eyes and etc)

Hashirama= Nature master (SM (*nature) + mokuton (Nature))

Naruto = Master of the tailed beasts aka master of chakra.

The senju clan didn't have a KKG. Hashirama was the only known member with a KKG.

The senju clan or senju of the forest were known for their skills as shinobi. IE nicknamed clan with a thousand skills. Meaning they were good at ninjutsu genjutsu and taijutsu. Which made them a match for the uchiha clan.

Also someone made a good theory that ashura had mokuton which is why hashirama had it and maybe naruto will get it.

I figured Ashura (himself) was connected to the Juubi in some shape/form, and the juubi's chakra/power influenced Ashura and his descendants, which could be why the Senju (Ashura's descendants) have strong bodies as opposed to the Uchiha (Indra's descendants). As for why Hashirama has been the only one to use it, probably Hashirama's chakra grew more/bloomed more than any other descendant of Ashura's. This is all speculation though, since Ashura hasn't been told to do anything bar some chakra avatar. Although it's weird that Hashirama didn't use wood style when he was young.

The two are completely different scenarios. Only Hashirama has wood style out of all Senjus, while most of the Uchihas have Sharingans.

Naruto already said he's not Ashura and Sasuke isn't Indra; being their reincarnation doesn't make them exactly them. Naruto is said to be stupid and eccentric than Ashura and Hashirama. Hashirama got his own KKG just like Oonoki and Muu have dust, or Mei have both boiling and Lava. He was just born with it.
