Izanagi

Izanagi is a genjutsu that is cast on the user instead of others and is the most powerful amongst this type of genjutsu.[1] When activated, the caster removes the boundaries between reality and illusion within their personal space.

Wind Release: Vacuum Blade

The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range and lethality. For example, the user can infuse a kunai to resemble a makeshift scimitar or infuse shuriken to increase their range and cutting power

Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique

This technique is a fūinjutsu that the user places across their chest, and sets it to activate upon their death. The technique releases four symbols from the user's body that then form a large, black sphere around them. Anything caught inside the sphere's area is then drawn in and sealed within the user's corpse.

Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere
A stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.

Konan abilites

-Dance of Shikigami Transformation v1
This is a transformation created by Konan where she turns her entire body and clothing into thousands separate sheets of paper. This allows her to take on any shape or form. This gives Konan verstaility in battle like no other, this transformation gives many advantages Konan including :

-Having superior to speed to many except if they specialize in it e.g. Third Raikage.

-Able to restrain people with her paper body and if necessary can explode on them at point blank range and using a clone if necessary.

-Ability to travel long distances by folding each individual sheet into butterflies or birds.

-Hardening the sheets to the point of steel able making them useful weapons e.g. arrows, spears and shuriken.

-Soaking herself in water to become immune to Fire Release Techniques

-Flight and Levitation
Konan can also use her dance of Shikigami transformation to both levitate and fly by becoming almost weightless, it can be used as a method to avoid volleys of attacks by turning each individual sheet into a butterfly making it easier to evade attacks.

Also this can be used as a counter against Oonki's method of flight as it is superior in many ways including:

-Being able to travel at faster speeds

-Travel long distances without fatigue

-Move in a separated state of individual sheets

-Intelligence
Konan has also shown great feats of intelligence, correctly deducing Tobi's S/T Ninjutsu, working out its weaknesses and creating a technique which would of killed him were it not for the interference of Izanagi.

-Angel Mode Transformation v2

Konan can also further her Dance of Shikigami transformation to another level which creates massive wings which further enhances her weaponry. This allows her to do many things e.g. furthering her flight capablites, being able to shoot multiple shuriken from her wings.

Why Danzo can beat Konan

-He can use Izanagi
-KA
-He can sumon Baku for absorb a lot of paper

Also the match up here is too easy a choice, you need to pick pretty equal participants e.g. Deidara > Sasori

don't think so... though we would have to know some more about both of them and the extent of their abilities. the way they were presented and keeping in mind their overall intelligence, i would give it to Konan.

This depends on the situation and if each character has knowledge about his opponunt , Konan's very hard to get because of her paper transformation, but still Danzo has the upper hand because of the 10 chances to cheat death (izanagi), so if Konan knows about Danzo Izanagi she'll try to close all his eyes, then finish him, but still Danzo has 51% chance to win ...+rep because we rarely find such good VS threads
