really? ssaasuke not can see natural energy. sasuke not can dodge toad genjutsu. naruto can break sasuke susanoo... sage mode kabuto can dodge amaterasu
why current sasuke weak and comparison with current naruto

SM Naruto cannot break final stage Susanoo and it's highly doubtful he could dodge Susanoo Arrow with Amaterasu

Without Kurama and EMS. This basically comes down to SM Naruto vs MS Sasuke
This is Naruto talking about a half-blind MS Sasuke. Sure, Current SM Naruto is stronger now but so is MS Sasuke.
- Without Kurama Naruto can't break out of Sasuke's Tsukuyomi. He's hit before he even summons toads.
- SM Naruto doesn't have the speed to dodge Amateratsu. He has the reaction time to see it coming but that means nothing if he doesn't have the raw speed to dodge the attack.
- A lower form of Susanno stopped Itachi from being killed from the mountain busting Kirin. Sasuke's much stronger Susanno blocks everything SM Naruto has to offer.
- Sasuke has the ability to predict movements, his Jutsu arsenal has far greater vareity, he's one of the fastest characters without Tailed Beasts, Jutsu's in the entire manga and he's smarter in battle then Naruto aswell.
And MS wouldn't be blind. What kind of logic is that? Should we use SM Naruto at his weakest stage aswell? It makes no sense at all.

No he can't, he isn't as fast as V2 A so he can't evade Amaterasu. Naruto can't even summon Ma and Pa due to the contract necessary for their summoning being separate from the toad contract.
He doesn't need to be able to see Natural Energy.

Without Itachi's eyes?
Have you forgotten the first sequence of Sasuke vs Itachi it was a Genjutsu battle. Sasuke without itachi's eyes can use Genjutsu.
With his own eyes (MS) he can use all the techniques mentioned in your list. (Danzo and five Kage summit, Sasuke was using HIS own eys)
Kirin with his own eyes (Itachi vs Sasuke)
He can use Chidori and has used it since part 1 (Without Itachi's eyes [Gaara vs Sasuke])
Chidori variations have been used by him ever since the Orochimaru hideout fight. (Without Itachi's eyes)
Katon Jutsu are an Uchiha trait even if you don't have Sharingan
Sasuke doesnt need eyes to use Chidori techniques and Katon techniques.
And chidori doesn't damage eyes....WTF are u smoking?

Sasuke and Itachi have both shown complete Susanoo, what are you talking about? Madara has the Perfect Susanoo, there's a difference.

Naruto knew sasuke was going to get stronger so he had to get stronger himself.
What they are staying is if Sasuke did not get Itachi's eyes then is vision would be so bad that he wouldn't be able to use chidori, genjutsu and such affectly and if he lose his vision then not at all.
His eyes began to get bad after fighting Bee as we saw when he reached for a glass of water and his vision got messed up. Itachi said you begin to lose the light the moment you get MS but you lose it faster with use. Sasuke wasn't blind but ws nearly blind,

. His targeting wouldn't be great at all. And yes MS backlash does matter, after every use, Sasuke and Itachi would stop to cover their eye from the pain and their vision gets a little worse. This leaves an opening, all you have to do is keep pushing them which would only weaken them. Naruto already showed that he can use 3 clones to enter Sage mode 3 more times AND Naruto last in SM longer than 5 mins now. Remember he said this while mediating on the roof in the iron village?Also Naruto can fuse with Ma and Pa toad now so can stay indef. If tis is MS Sasuke vs SM Naruto then EMS and Kurama aren't there which lets Naruto able to fuse with the frogs. If Current Naruto and Sasuke then Sasuke wouldn't suffer from the MS side effects. SM sensory lets Naruto Sense Sasuke's attacks and evade them. Frog Song will stop Sasuke as it did nagato who had the rinnegan. Also you're wong about the Itachi and Sasuke Susanoo part. I'm pretty sure Itachi stopped Karin with yata mirror, unless you're saying Tsunade's punch which broke Susanoo is stronger than Karin? Also it didn't level the place, it attacks a single target which was Itachi or else Sasuke who was a few feet away would have died since this was pure lightning and not chakra infuse lightning.
Danzo showed Susanoo has weak points too. Ma or Pa toad can use dust cloud to weaken Sasuke's vision and Narutowould sense where Sasuke is. Naruto has made Clones or himself come from the ground so he can attack Sasuke from below and doesn't have to directlyhit him to kill him,
