alot of Obito and Kakashi fans wank them for thier kamui and we can't blame them can we? I mean kamui has one of both the best defense and offense in the entire manga but like what itachi said evey jutsu have a weakness also I won't be biased and'll do my best to be logical:
-left eye kamui(kakashi version):basically it can open a blackhole which sucks anything and can also be used to suck only a vital part of the victim thus killing them in the process hence "kamui snipe"
weaknesses:
1-it needs to be close to the target in order to snipe anyone accurately or it'll miss or will be easy to avoid as shown here:
2-can't be used while using "kamui phasing" since it's absorbing like the other version of kamui blackhole as stated here:
3-if it teleports somthing harmful like a kunai or rasengan inside it and using "kamui phasing" after it in a row it might hit and cause damage to the user as shown here:
4-can't snipe what the user can't see or if the target was behind a barrier:
5-in order to snipe a huge target the user needs to bulid up more chakra which takes more time:
6-it can be predicted by dojutsu wielders by noticing the user gathering chakra in their eye before executing it.

these scenario's where sasuke defeats the kamui users:
1-kakashi:
when defending: sasuke can protect himself from every thing kakashi has with his susanoo and he won't be able to kamui snipe him when he's inside his suanoo cuz he's behind it also sasuke can teleport behind kakashi if he try's to use kamui and finish him off with either human path or chidori blade.
when attacking:kakashi can't defend himself from amaterasu and then sasuke uses kagutsushi to cut kakashi to pieces or teleport behind him and kill him with chidori blade or human path also CT,ps slash,solodori,solo glance, or spam susanoo arrows until kakashi dies from over usage of kamui
2-obito:
when defending: preta path and susanoo protect him from weapons and katon maybe obito phases through susano and uses weapons but he needs to be turn it off in order for him to harm him but sasuke can cover himself with enton so obito can't touch him also almighty push is still effective since the kamui user is still effected by gravity while phasing because they can's fly so kamui phasing won't save him from deva path (he can slip through CT tho)
and if he get's near sasuke inside his susanoo solo glance GG
when attacking: sasuke won't be able to land a hit on him with his kamui phasing but obito won't be able to attack either so the moments obito turns off his phasing to attack with his kamui weapons he can use rinne shift and kill him with human path or chidori blade also anything obito absorbs will harm him if he uses phasing not to mention solo glance.
3-prime kakashi-DMS obito (I'm gonna call him kakashi for this scenario to make my life easier)
when defending: sasuke can avoid anything he throws at him and kamui shuriken can easily be avoided with his rinne shift or with ps blitz like when he evaded naruto's TBBRS when wanted to save team 7 and he can use preta path to absorb the shurikens before they hit him kakashi can go hand to hand with sasuke's ps with his own ps but sasuke's is faster by feats also better at melee attacks cuz it have swords.
when attacking: sasuke can use amaterasu but kakashi wold use obito's version of kamui to suck the black flames
thus giving sasuke an opening for an attack cuz he can't use kamui phasing while using a kamui blackhole but
kakashi would probably use kamui phasing to get rid of it and if he uses ps sasuke would teleport inside it and use
almighty push to blow shit up from the inside and proceeds to kill a weakened kakashi.
also sasuke could take advantage of kamui shuriken and throw an enton arrow at it both blocking it and sending black flames to kamui land thus when kakashi try's to phase through an attack from sasuke black flames'll be waiting in the other side so it's a matter of poison picking the same goes for kamui snipe.
CT would get rid of kakashi's ps thus leaving him no choice but to phase through it leavimg his ps behind
kamui snipe is easy to deal with using rinne shift to teleport behind him and finish him off since he can't phase while using a blackhole and susanoo can protect him too and IF he could phase in time before sasuke kills him with rinne shift he can do this:
kamui snipe>rinne shift swaps with sword> sasuke attacks>kamui phasing>sword impales kakashi

1-sasuke dosen't have all the six paths
-all the six paths branch from one source having one leads to the others so having the rinnegan=automatically all six paths. even if so he can still solo glance
2-one rinnegan does not have all paths
- tomoe can plus his rinnegan didn't come in pair so it can use all paths regardless
he can still solo glance
3-solo glance requires eye contact easily avoided
- lol:
1-good luck trying to snipe without looking at sasuke then
2-non eye contact fighting is not something you learn over night gai had to train to achive it
3-sasuke was able to put all the bijuu's including the ones that were behind him his genjutsu: rinnegan
also sakura and kakashi who were looking at him and were even close to him(and ofc his eyes) weren't caught in it because he didn't want them to be caught in it.
so in short solo glance=/=eye contact just like IT.
