Madara has been moving around with susanoo throughtout this entire fight with the kages.

Well then I guess your right. But this doesn't prove that Sasuke has the ability nor does it prove that he can do it while riding a Hawk. This is an assumption that you made up.

A tbb has been stated to be an extremely dense chakra, but not all chakra is like that. The reason Naruto and Konohamaru use shadow clones is because they lack the chakra control to use it with one hand, not because the chakra is extremely heavy. How does it not prove it's not heavy? He's moving around with like ease hence it's clearly not heavy to him.

No that's wrong, Naruto carries Giant rasengan with a clone in base because its heavy. Konohamaru carries rasengan with a clone because its heavy. They aren't still forming the jutsu while running.

Gaara has move while in the ball, but the ball itself has never moved so there's no way he could avoid the arrows. Kakashi had to use kamui just to avoid Sasuke's susanoo arrow.

I never said Sasuke could use it on Gaara while in the ball of sand, I did say though that Gaara has shown no resistance genjutsu hence it can be used on him.

Granted but he has to look Sasuke in the eyes to be caught in genjutsu, it is not possible while in the ball. And Kakashi was too close to dodge anyway

Mobile does not mean light. If he can control Susanoo then it being heavy means nothing.

I highly doubt that Sasuke would have an easy time defeating any of the current 5 Kages. I'm not saying they'd beat him hands down, but he's being a tad overrated in this particular thread. Sasuke's good, but he's not that good. Oonoki would own his @$$ just out of experience. Gaara... Well that would depend on location. Sasuke would be a fool to take on Gaara in the desert. Tsunade knows Sasuke best, and has some impressive Jutsu of her own...

Ah I hate these kinda threads! I suck at answering them but I'll give it a try!

Raikage:

- Genjutsu is useless while the raikage has his lightning armour on (except tsukuyomi, but there must be eye contact).
- From what I remember, amaterasu was useless to because he was too quick. It is however of use, as sasuke can coat his susanoo with it if the raikage decides to attack head on.
- If raikage is like tsunade, he doesn't have to directly attack sasuke to do something. Take advantage of superhuman strength - attack the ground.
- The biggest factor for me is stamina - the raikage can outlast sasuke.
- I think this could actually go either way. But I'm leaning towards the raikage, I dontk now why.

Tsunade:

- Sasuke wins. Amaterasu is all he needs.
- Although, if there is an opening, tsunade could always her body pathway derangement technique or whatever - the one she used to short-circuit kabuto. Then. she could possible win.

Mei:

- In an enclosed area, mei can win this. Hidden mist + skilled mist will be the key.
- Hidden mist will obscure sasukes vision and it fools his sharingan as the mist is created with the users chakra - same colour therefore mei can hide away.
- Because of this, sasuke will have no choice but to maintain susanoo, draining his chakra.
- If it is not in an enclosed, mei cant do anything. Although, she could always use the hidden mist and attack in alternate ways.
- The key for sasuke is to get the first strike - if he doesnt, and mei uses the hidden mist technique, it going to be tough (even in an open area).

Onoki:

- If onoki is up in the air, genjutsu is out of the question ( I think).
- The biggest factors for me are amaterasu, susanoo and dust release.
- Can sasuke hit onoki with his amaterasu while he is un in the air? Can sasanoo withstand dust release? Also, the dust release doesnt have to be aimed at sasuke - close to him would be good enough due to the wide area of effect.

Gaara:

- This one I really have no idea about.

The way I see it... is that Oonoki is a flying type, and Sasuke has Thunder Bolt. All he has to do prep the attack and boom, that's a win.

Gaara can also fly / hover while using his sand soo that would put him out of range of chidori or any alterations of it , Gaaras sand has also been shown to block amaterasu.

He would be able to take sasuke out of his susan'o as he did with madara uchia.

Gaara can also use his third eye which is made out of sand to view sasuke while he is in his sand shield now i dont know if gaaras sand eye jutsu thing can be put under a genjutsu by tyskyomi ( < or however you spell ) if soo then he simply doesnt have to use it if not he can use that to his advantage either way as he can place it in a position sasuke cannot see and just view sasuke ( obviously not directly into his eyes but viewing his lower body ) and the battle field while attacking gaara can also move and dodge in the air using the sand as shown when when he fought deiodora ( < whoever he fought in the hidden sand in the rescue gaara arc ) there is only soo long sasuke can sustain using amaterasu and susan'o even with the EMS he hasn't got infinite chackra .

while sasuke uses susan'o gaara can hover / fly out of susano's reach forcing sasuke to use long range jutsu such as the crossbow arrow thing while gaara avoids it as amaterasu wont work eventually gaara using the sand to either seal sasuke or to take him out of susan'o and crush him .

this is just 1 example i do believe sasuke could take on some of the kage but to just say sasuke beats all 5 kage and just ignore a kages strength is just fan boy failure

also gaara doesn't have to be encased in a sand dome shield to dodge as he can just create a circle of sand underneath his feet and dodge sasuke's susano arrows as he did with deiodora < or however you spell his name

Sasuke can't beat Gaara, his chidori variation maximum length is 5m, Gaara can stay out of reach, Amaterasu has already failed once and Gaara can block or at least deflect Susanoo attacks with sand, he can also remove Sasuke from it and seal him with the same speed he sealed Madara's Wood Clone.
Onoki's dust release which he used on all the flowers at once will destroy Susanoo and Sasuke
Raikage, Tsunade and Mei are easy.
