Let's look at the pros and cons for both at full strength. Obito's possession of the Juubi is invalid here. When I mean current, I mean when both know each other's weaknesses at this time.
Obito
Pros: -Has massive chakra reserves
-Has a Mangekyou Sharingan for Kamui which can send and bring out items from another dimension and also for intangibility
- Has Rinnegan that can summon six paths of pain etc.
- Very sharp thinker and very manipulative
- Mastery of Hashirama DNA which can include efficiency in Wood release
- Right side of body that was replaced has regenerative properties
- Has access to a pocket dimension that he can retreat to and keep things in
- Good ability in Taijutsu
- Kamui is also used travel long distances in short times
- Finds opponents weaknesses and uses manipulation to affect them
Cons: - Often too overconfident and arrogant which is a weakness
- Relies too much on Kamui which he can only send objects by touching them at close combat and his intangibility
can only be active for 5 consecutive minutes
- Half of his body is made out of artificial substance from Hashirama's clone, which means weak body parts that can fall off
- When the secret of his intangibility is discovered he cannot use it as efficiently when Kakashi is around
- Has to materialize when he is tranferring something

Kakashi
Pros: -Has a Mangekyou Sharingan for Kamui which can send and bring out items from another dimension from a considerable distance
- Extremely skilled in Ninjutsu and has a wide variety
- A genius and very sharp and clever thinker. Is also able to find weaknesses of opponents quickly
- Excellent ability in Taijutsu
- Has access to a pocket dimension that he can go into and keep things in
- Skilled in Summoning Techniques
- Rather calm in battles and is a very good leader
- Copies techniques with his Sharingan
- A man who exemplifies versatility including skills in weapon use
- Impressive tracking abilities, inluding efficiency in trap making, survival, stealth, and assassination
Cons: - Chakra reserves are not so good at all and he has bad stamina. Plot no Jutsu helps him overcome this problem though
- Very emotional when it comes to facing his past (example is his encounter with Obito, but he has overcome it)
- Always close to death quickly after using too much chakra
- Most of the time he is in the hospital
- Takes a long time to recover

Some pros are worth more than others, and some cons were far worse than others and really dropped their overall score. I come to my conclusion that they are both equal.
Kakashi is a very formidable opponent to Obito, and when he knows his weakness he can most definitely defeat him if he uses a tricky strategy. It's possible that either can defeat each other, but it doesn't only mean Obito will only win. We are not taking into consideration how much Kakashi has wasted time feeling sorry for himself an letting Obito punch him around. If both were to fight, at full power, aware of each others abilities and where it is just a fight to the death, who would win? Don't only say Obito because Kakashi has a shot at winnin as well.
