When Urahara gets Renji to train Chad, he says this. My question is: How? It's definately got uses to make people more powerful or to heal them, since he was able to fix Grimmjow up, and heal his own Eyes. Also, i'm pretty sure

is him making his own arm stronger with his Bankai power. So, if he can heal people and increase their strength with his Bankai, why didn't he train Chad?

Because he didn't feel like it, obviously.

Didn't chad need to master his armored arm back then? if yes then that would require an offensive bankai like renji's. Eevn with the physical increase of uruhara's, I doubt it would cause as much damage as renji's bankai(not counting his sword or kido, just his pure physical strength)
