Why could Madara summon Kurama?

Ughh imma break or down into steps for these people...

1. Madara/Obito uses Sharingan to forcibly control Kurama
2. Since Kurama is under their control, with no free will, they use the control over Kurama to forcibly create a contact with him
3. They gain the ability to summon Kurama whenever as long as
a.) Kurama is under their genjutsu control
b.) They still have the contract with the beast

Because Obito had time to do all that. Not to mention this is all said without any proof.

I think the odds of Senju being able to use mokuton were low because Ashura's bloodline split in 2 unlike Indra's, so there's less of a chance of transmigrants being born :s it's just a guess. Also, Senju clan weren't great in numbers and after Hashirama, all bijuus were in jinchuuriki's and their blood could have thinned as they settled with Konoha citizens

What I meant is that there is no hint that either of them made a contract. Obito didn't even have time to do it and Kurama hasn't even been shown to have a contract, none of the bijuu have.

Jinchuuriki was currently in hold of the kyuubi's chakra.

So once they put them in genjutsu, they still have the chakra, but what kept Kurama from being summoned was the fact that he was still in Naruto?
