True, I even admit that Frieeza was supposed be the last boss in dragon ball manga, Goku becoming Legendary super sayain was supposed to die with Namek. However even if I admit you are right, then Kid buu brought terror and fear to people, our good guys beating them really badly and bringing feeling of desperation/threat. Kaguya was handled poorly Kishimoto is to blame.

I can bet everything that Akira would handle her fight against Naruto and Sasuke much better then Kishimoto, too bad Kishi didn't hand it to him.
