Kikashi has Kamui, Sasuke has what Itachi has,but it's still different(Black-Flame arrows oppsed to Sealing Sword), What's-his-Face had Genjutsu mindcontrol, and Madara/Tobi has Space-Time. Everyone is different.

This just brings to my attention that people don't read the manga. Every Uchiha with MS has different abilities with their Sharingan. Just read the manga and you'd know that.

That's why no one else has Kamui
That's why Tobi wanted Shisui's eye, no one else has Kotoamatsukami
Whatever powers Madara's MS has are probably unique to him too
That's also why awakening Susanoo is so rare. It needs to have both Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu and what are the odds of someone actually getting those 2 powers

Amaterasu + Tsukuyomi those are the basic MS techniques, every MS user has. Edo Madara has these

Susanoo, is the last of the basic techniques, but the rarest to awake. Edo Madara has this as well

koto amatsukami, I don't know how the hell that works.
Kamui, any Sharingan can awake it.

Tobi's s/t isn't a MS technique.
