Madara's transformation was more complete, and also showed things Obito did not do.

Not to mention that Madara obtained double Rinnegan and cast IT.

Sasuke's comment was only what it is, a comment.

When Kaguya shows some feats, then we can debate her being in Madara's league.

Are you even listening to yourself? Minato said that he senses the power of the hermit, STRONGER than what it was in Obito. That is Minato saying that Madara is stronger than Obito.

Sasuke's comment is just like Minato's comment. A measure of the adversary's power. Sasuke stated that Kaguya is on another level and that is a fact. Its not debatable. Point, blank, period.
