I believe Kakashi's kamui allows him to send distant objects at a relatively slow speed but Obito's kamui allows him to send objects to the other dimension almost instantly by touching the object.
Do you know what "intangible" means? :|Yes he can, by making himself intangible. Obito send the part of his body to the other dimension.
Kakashi sent himself back from the other dimension. Sure he doesn't master it like Obito but since he can send himself, he can also send parts
For one, I understand what the OP means, and several people already gave him the answerman I can't believe noobdy is understanding where the OP is coming from
Kakashi (regardless of whether or not he has Kurama's chakra) is able to use the same Kamui as Obito just not as proficiently
having the power of the 9-tails does not give you new abilities, it just enhances what you already have
So, did you get your question answer ??Does anybody have a clue why Obito can't/doesn't send things to the other dimension without touching it.
Like Kakashi does with:
1. Deidaras arm
2. Deidaras "fake suicide" explosion.
2. Pains rocket
Since Kakashi can use his Kamui like Obito, Obito should be able to use his like Kakashi.
The only reason why i think he hasn't done it is because it wouldn't be fun. Sucking in everything he looks at... it would be too easy.
wrong.......Both eyes have the Kamui. However, Obito's Kamui is the short range one. It shifts the space around the user's body (or anything he touches) into another dimension. Kakashi's Kamui is the long range version. Kakashi cannot self cast it to make himself intangible since it is a move that forms away from his body. That is the difference between the two eyes.
