Why can't Naruto do it?

Why does Naruto still have to summon clones or use kurama to mold his rasengan We see kakashi and jiraya don't need to do that

I believe that Naruto may not have enough chakra control yet to be able to do it on his own. What do you guys think

naruto can make a rasengan with one hand.. He did it in bijuu mode.

He can he did it in the Fnal Valley when Sasuke said NARUTOOO and Naruto said SASUKEEE and naruto got his headband and Sasuke got his heart. He just doesn't like doing it though

naruto will only do something when the conditions are critical... he is the hero of the series and acts like one.....

Because to make it work he has to do two things at once and add another thing to do to that when he adds his wind nature chakra. Its easier for him to plain and simple.
