Why cant Minato's arm regenerate??

Shiki already cooked up a master plan to put Obito down. Shikamaru makes more sense than Naruto. Kages job is to lead, not fight. If the third could be hokage Shikamaru definitely can...

And why cant Obito go to the other dimension anymore? That was his main tech and now he doesnt even use it when he needs it, he lets himself get hit like that?? It should be second nature to warp himself by now.

Anyway, looks like he took it like a champ, didnt even look like it hurt him. Obito's way too OP now.

Oh and I guess Kishi forgot where he said Naruto can't hit people with Rasenshuriken anymore because it would destroy the chakra cells in his arm...

hmm, didnt notice that, the rest of the last two chapters he still didnt have one and it wasnt coming back together, magically it reappears in the last page, very good
