Why can't Madara do what Naruto did?

If Madara has both of the powerups Naruto and Sasuke have, then why cant he use lava release or any of the other powers of the Tailed Beasts.... I dont get it. Is it because hes not friends with them? He clearly stated that he already has both the powers of Naruto and Sasuke.

Well it's like this. Take water for example. What does it do to fire? It extinguishes the fire. But let's see what it's individual parts do for fire,hydrogen- exploding gas,meaning literally boom in present of fire,while oxygen-the essential component for fire to start.

What I mean,is that they individually have different property while collectively the same and entirely different property from both forms of it's individuality.

madara has juubi. naruto has 9 bijuus. that's the difference. madara can use juubo's power, but not 9 bijuu's power nor chakra

Cause Villains tend to bluff and when people tend to bluff that's when you know they kind of feel powerless. He's blatantly lying about his position. The difference between Madara and Sasuke / Naruto is that Sasuke / Naruto awakened Indra and Ashura and he didn't. So apparently he is weak. He is nothing compare to them. Want proof? He had to absorb the Shinju just because he was insecure and he knew he was weak. This guy has no excuses what so ever. Like you can fcking come out of your face and say I have both of those powers when you absorb the Shinju and you got the Juubi inside of you. If you ask me, I call pathetic Bull shit @ Madara.
