Why Can't Kishi Make Sasuke Look Good without Nerfing Naruto?

Hes not nerfing nardo. The older brother didnt inherit the sages special powerand the younger son was given it so he could use tailed beast chakra mode. and it allowed him to dtand in front of indra. Now that sasuke also inherited from he sage he would be a peague above the younger son (nardo who needs tailed beast assistance to even stand in front of Ems sasuke let alone rinnegan sasuke).

Um... nope? Naruto and Sasuke were relatively equal before the latest power up, so they are pretty much equal now.

This has been the other way around the entire war, and even then... how was Naruto nerfed recently?

Sasuke is simply smarter when it comes to battle-tactics, it's always been like that and always will be. He's the one who can actually see the Limbo Madara, it makes sense for Naruto to listen. THAT'S CHARACTER GROWTH. He would be showing character inconsistency if he threw a tantrum and didn't listen.

Think back... when they first found out that Obito could be harmed with Senjutsu Chakra, Naruto was looking awesome and Sasuke was asking Naruto what their next step was. The simple fact is this is not a area he was well versed in so he played the support role, it makes sense. Naruto is somewhat doing the same now.

We'll see both of their qualities in the fight, we've already seen some of Naruto's... like when he cut the goddamn tree in half [firepower] - people forgetting about that already? He was doing shit like that and the only thing did Sasuke did was pull a rod out.
