Why can't Kakashi master Susanoo?

I mean what is the exact relationship between Susanoo and MS that only an Uchiha can master Susanoo with his MS not someone like Kakashi who has already awakened his MS?

Probably because neither Obito nor Kakashi have both Sharingan eyes. (which seems stupid for a reason) but yeah. I think you need both because its that powerfull

well, on the other hand we know that Rinnegan is the ultimate form of Sharingan, so someone with two Rinnegan must be able to master it, am I right or missing sth?
