[Question] Why can't I post pictures or normal posts?

I know, I know wrong section but I could not find the right section :|

The problem is whenever I try to post something with or without a picture it says:
"Thanks for your posting, it'll be visible when a Mod approves it."

But the post never appears..

Am I doing something wrong? Lol

Well I think when you first join your account is slightly restricted until a certain time. You're in the time, I think I could be wrong.
