Obito cleary sad only Sharingan, MS, rinnegan, Hagoromo didnt had byakugan and only Uchihas knew the stone monyument...

Because it's rigged to be readable by Hagoromo/Indra's bloodline, not Hamura's.

The better the eyes, the more it can read. Byakugan is the lowest, so nope.

I thought it was said only Sharingan, MS,EMS and Rinnegan can read the tablet.
