why can hyuuga clan use elemental jutsu

When you master the hyuga style, then there is no need for elemental justu. they are better at manipulating their chakra than anybodyU_U

possibly they can, but they don't use it because of their fighting style. all they need to do is to get close and shut down the chakra network.
