Why bring up Sasuke's Criminal Past?

When the Hokage's power (Kurama) killed mostly everyone Family members and half of the leaf village's Shinobi?
Sasuke was manipulated from a child and he was still a child when he committed those crimes, not that he wasn't justified in doing so, because the Leaf Village but their own happiness above Sasuke's own.

Sasuke is still a child and so is Naruto.
Sasuke never was reared correctly but got love in the form of a team, luckily he didn't turn out like Obito though (he is textbook Peter Pan)
Sasuke cold demeanor seems mature a first but at his core he is just a shy little boy.

Kuruma is an being of chakra, shaped in the form of an animal. Humans are animals. The only thing that put them above other animals is their ability to empathize and superior intellect. Kuruma had both. Thus she/he is consider human.

people only shunned sasuke after he went rogue but Sasuke himself was only a loner because he lacked his clan and distanced himself from society

and everyone knows that KURUMA was forcefully used against his will as well as Konoha had him entwined into their very fabric of society

Sasuke on the other hand was manipulated but had a choice on multiple matters but instead choose the wrong path

Wrong Path? To the leaf village point of veiw yes. Who really protects the people who sentence their family to death because they were scared of them and politics. Thats not good enough. Sasuke was not wrong.

Kuruma would've destroyed the village on a whim because Kuruma is petty and was enslaved for politics, yet he is accepted

Kurama's actions are not a reflection of naruto hes a separate entity altogether. If you want kurama to stand trial you can. But tbh being trapped in a cell for decades at a time is punishment enough, especially given the volunteer work he did to clear his name.
