[Discussion] Why Borsalino is the strongest current admiral

First, I need to list all of the different admirals abilities... Haki, magu magu no mi, pika pika no mi, hie hie no mi, and fujitora's unnamed abilities. Admiral Borsalino is different from the other three admirals in that light doesn't inherently cause damage, while lave burns, ice freezes, and gravity flings. However, he is still capable of mass destruction with laser beams and kicks. While the other admirals can be easily hit by haki users, (however little damage that does) Borsalino can also use his ability to dodge, so even someone with stronger haki than him like akainu can't actually affect him, because lava is to slow. The second reason Borsalino is strongest, is because in a battle between haki users, your devil fruit ability doesn't matter much compared to the brute strength necessary to defeat a haki user. While lava and ice don't provide brute strength, light will increase the real power of an attack, making Kizaru the strongest attacker of them. Finally, aokiji, akainu, and fujitora have all displayed abilities related to their alias when fighting a difficult battle. Kizaru, however, has been in similarly difficult battles without appearing in any way stressed. Also, his yellow monkey ability hasn't even been displayed yet. Ok first of all laser is, by definition, light so light does do damage

Gravity also doesn't just do damage, neither does ice if you out the admiral powers into every day life

Kizaru isn't really any better at dodging than any other admiral, someone with steonger Haki can defeat him

Than after that you contradict yourself, first you said that light does no damage, nkw you say that magma, ice and gravity do no damage but light does do damage ... A magma haki fist does a lot more damage than a haki fist by the same person

Kizaru did use 4 named attacks already

I'm asking this of you and everybody else who thinks this;

How come Kizaru can't move at light speed because people can react to it, and not Kizaru can move at light speed but OP characters just have god mode reflexes?

well becoming fleet admiral dosn't require just power but high intelligenence and great motivation.and judging from what we have seen until now kizaru isn't intelligent(not saying he's stupid)or motivated but both aokiji and akainu have displayed these charectaristics.

kizaru's power has been shown to even melt metals(and that was just franky using it) so ice wouldn't be a problem.
kizaru's light beams are hotter then akainu's magma
kizaru's simple finger light beam attack is faster and has shown to do more damage then any of the attacks akainu or aokiji can do.
kizaru's isn't light speed all the time but that still makes him faster then the other admirals.
kizaru has been shown to be able to fight in air.

kizaru might not be the most intelligent,justice upholding intimidating guy in the admirals but he is the strongest.

Becoming a Fleet Admiral is more than just about strength. You also need leadership capabilities, and a high strategic mind. Kizaru hasn't demonstrated either due to how lax he is.

He confused an interception Den Den Mushi with a normal one. He completely dropped the matter of Luffy and Law when they evaded the ice. He also goes overboard with his powers, excessively uprooting an entire mangrove tree on Sabaody. Strong as he is, Kizaru is the weakest of the trio mentally, and that's why he wasn't recommended for Fleet Admiral.
