IMO, Kishi does fantastic artwork and he has alot of philosophical lessons in his manga but, after just reading Bleach, kubo is a lot better at strategic planning. Bleach has more intricate planning on the villain's sides but kubo seems to be pretty scared to kill off any good guys. For 90% of that manga, the good guys always managed to survive by some stroke of nonsense.

IMO, kishi's writing standards has dropped considerably.
