[Discussion] Why Bellamy is the possible candidate to be the next SH?

He's the only person who doesn't have anything left except dying.
He got betrayed by Doflamingo, his boss whom he admire/respect.
He wants to make a final attempt to kill Luffy even when Doffy considers him useless.
After beating Doffy, Bellamy will have only one place to live if he is stopped from killing himself. And that is Luffy's crew.

Now as we have seen that Shs hold a dream but it isn't in case of Bellamy at least not yet. But he can still stay with them, right?
Why you ask?
Robin didn't join the crew because she wanted to dream about archaeology OR thought of her dream completing by staying with SHs. She simply asked Luffy and her request was granted.
It was because Luffy knew that Robin was a good person from inside.

And the same thing happened in case of Bellamy. Bellamy already said that he won't tease Luffy about dreams. Also Luffy kinda thought of Bellamy as a friend and also cheered him even when he had no reason to.
This is somewhat parallels between Robin's and Bellamy's story (only the part of being alone)

A lot of this is all theorized. Not actual facts, you don't know where he will go or what he will do.

I think he'd be a better fit for the Heart Pirates than the Strawhats

If he joins the SH crew i would be totally disappointed !! he really doesn't have the sufficient factors for being a ST pirate !
he doesn't have the DREAM , and he is not a decent man !! his character is way out of the order to be with SHs !

Just like Usopp has an abstract dream like "become brave", Bellamy's dream may turn out to be "find a purpose in life". But I think Bellamy will go on a solo journey after this arc. Maybe even return home.

I think there is a high chance Bellamy could join SH ... People might disagree it will make a good plot twist ..

I saw some Manga with some good plot twist like Mitsui in Slam Dunk too . I can say it is very much possible .. But i want another Woman in SH ..Since Jinbei is a confirmed spot ..

Even when Law and Bellamy are face to face right now, they have hardly talked to each other. Also Law ran away from Doflamingo 10 years ago. Hence no relation between Law and Bellamy and hence no possibility for him to join Heart Pirates.

It would be awesome to see Bellmay's character development among the SHs.

Might be possible, but I can't see a strong reason for him to stay in Barto Club for long unlike Luffy's words that hit him hard.

He fits the Heart Pirates due to his brutality. Even Zoro doesn't match up to Law or Bellamy in this sense. I also think anyone with a Donquixote Tattoo might join Law, (as long as they're not one of the top 10 executives). Especially Buffalo and Baby 5 as they were childhood friends with Law too. Bellamy is also in with a shout.

She won't be fan service (unless Oda wants to pull a Fairy Tail).

I still bet she'll have a moment where her age is jokes upon. Meaning her being embarrassed about something because she's not actually a kid (like Robin or Nami giving her a bath).

Two reasons:
-He considered Luffy a friend and respected him
-He knew he couldn't and wouldn't stand a chance against Luffy due to their prior encounter
