Why Bee cant go bijuu mode!

Well i saw some one asking about why Bee cant go bijuu mode and why Naruto cant turn in to Kurama like how bee goes full transformation in to the eight tails
...So i came to the conclusion that naruto cant go full transformation because Minato only sealed the (good) half of Kurama =Yin in to Naruto which leave him with bijuu mode:shrug:

Yes, half. And why B can't go bijuu mode is because Naruto probably has some of the sage's powers inside him because of Kurama.
