I know this is a manga and is fiction but it bothers me a little so here it goes:

As you remember when madara was fighting the kage, madara noted that Ay´s attacks were faster but Tsunades were stronger attacks, but that actually doesnt make sense it should be the other way around.

Anyone who has taken a basic course of physics should know that F=ma which means force(F) equals mass(m) times acceleration(a), in other words the faster you accelerate the more force you exert and also the more mass you have the greater the force you exert, so far is obvious that Ay moves faster than Tsunade so a(ay)>a(tsunade) and is also obvious he is heavier since he is way bigger than Tsunade so m(ay)>m(tsunade), and as a consequence F(ay)>F(tsunade) so the attacks of Ay should be stronger than tsunades, again i know is fictions but at least they should put the physics right.

Tsunade's attacks work differently. It's a chakra enhanced punch, think of it almost as a chakra blast.

This is like a Hinata vs Sakura fight. :|

It's chakra control, not the amount of chakra. While Ay uses his chakra to enhance his bodily functions (reflexes, speed, power), Tsunade gathers her chakra into her fist and releases it during contact. It's almost like explosion style Gari's attacks.

Being bigger=/=Stronger. It doesn't work in this fiction. That would make him physically stronger than SM Naruto, which clearly isn't the case.

you´re getting just half the point being bigger is one but you also have to be faster, why you think that when a bus and car crash the car gets most of the damage while the bus just a few scratches, it´s because the force required to move a bus to the same speed that the car is much greater, but i can kind of understand what they say about releasing chakra pulses

We don't know the force that tsunade's punch actually generates because we don't know how much chakra she's pumping into the attacks, which can compensate for her lack of mass & acceleration.

I see your point. In this case, it was never shown exactly how much she put in to her strength. The impact from her enhanced strength most likely exceeds the impact Ei has to make with his physical strength and speed combined. That would show that she doesn't need speed to increase her attack potency.
