Why Ay and Naruto Absolutely Stomp Anybody (On Paper)

This is very simple.

On paper, somebody who moves that fast would be impossible to see moving. They would be going at such a speed that as soon as you realize you're fighting them, you're dead.

Now, obviously we know it doesn't work this way, because you can't have Ay going around blitzing every villain and ending the story. But on paper they are close to unbeatable.

It's kind of like The Flash. While they may not have the Speed Force like he does, they can still move extremely fast like him. And anybody who reads Flash knows that if you move at a substantially higher speed than anyone else, they may as well be standing still. That's what makes Flash so OP (well, including of course the Speed Force, Infinite Mass Punch, and Speed Steal, but I digress.)

So, on paper, top 3 would definetely be Naruto, Ay, and Minato.

I forgot sharingan already proved that speed is useless.sasuke aalready dodged ay.and jugo qas fast enough to block his attacks. Naruto cant land a hit on obito. Amaturasu shield already proven to counter speed.naruto in km could not land a hit on a nagato that couldnt walk

Kakashi was almost killed when he tried to use the Chidori in combat without Obito's Sharingan. He was so fast that his enemies couldn't dodge his attacks, but they were still able to counterattack. This holds true for every character in the series. Rock Lee commented on it during the Chunin Exams when he saw Sasuke fight Gaara, and Sasuke wasn't even able to completely evade Gaara's counterattack, even with the Sharingan.

Ay and Naruto are extremely fast, but their speed still relies on raw foot speed. This leaves them open to counterattacks. This would be a disadvantage for both of them, since neither have the visual prowess of a Sharingan. However, they both have elemental cloaks that can protect them from enemy attacks. If Naruto can combine his Sage and Ninetails Modes, he would also be able to sense energy and hatred, and he would be truly unbeatable.

Personally I hope that's the new stage of Naruto's power SM + KM or BM since kurama isn't technically moving he should be able to gather nature energy meaning either Naruto can hold SM forever or Kishi will fuse it.

Might Gai is arguable just as fast. Plus he has far better Taijutsu than them. Obito already had Naruto defeated so Naruto himself doesn't utilize his speed like Ay,Lee and Guy Naruto has only been seen was super fast raw speed when he is trying to escape. Ay.Lee and Guy have shown to blitz and do High speed combos.

Since you wanna talk logic, logically 7th gate Gai can 1 hit hit anyone if a full power punch connects. even it it doesn't connect the air from it will kill or at the very least K.O(hirudora)so on paper Gai> Ay or anyone else that tries CQC with Gai
