Well its if she could dodge sakura punches but sakura has to get close or punch the ground and she could trap hinata but if Hinata gets an opening and lands a hit on one of her points that could give her an opening and that would be bad for sakura just as that punch sakura would give her whiich may break her bones and cripple her so if hinata plans on winning this she could counter sakura punch with her chakra or dodge then else than that its a handicap.

No, Sakura hasn't Bijuu level chakra.

But the fact that Sasuke didn't sense Sakura doesn't prove anything anyway, they have the Yin Yang connection, that's why he was able to sense Naruto's chakra.

Finally, the fact that Sakura hasn't Bijuu level chakra doesn't make her chakra pool small. She has a lot of chakra, she has been storing chakra for 3 years. Tsunade stated in part 1 she has been storing chakra in that seal for "many years", the word "many" means she did it in 3 or more years, so Sakura mastered that jutsu just as well or sooner than her master. (VIZ translation)

So she performed a Boss Kuchyose no jutsu and a regeneration technique, both requires a lot of chakra.
Since Part 1 we know Boss summons requires a lot of chakra, as well as medical ninjutsu, but that technique is nothing like that, it's regeneration. If it could be used without a huge chakra reserve as Byakugou, both Kunoichis would use it without activating the seal, but that has never been the case....

And now, she assisted Obito in order to use Kamui in a different dimension from his. A task that requires an "immense amount of chakra".

And her reserves allowed Obito to use Kamui like 3 or 4 times.

So yeah, Sakura's Byakugou is a big reserve of chakra that shouldn't be underestimated, but it's not Bijuu level either.

PD: The seal is still on her forehead, this means she still has some chakra left.

Thanks and i agree with you and this is what i was trying to say all the time. And yeah i know she shouldn't be underestimated.
