I like Sasuke because he is developed, has a cool fighting style and high perservance. Similar reasons for Obito before tnj.

I only like Itachi but I'm not a crazy fan. I liked Sasuke in part one. Now he is okay and Obito when he fought Konan. That is it.

OT: Obito is my fav. He has such a very deep character & not everyone can understand his Character. I could write 10.000 Pages of why he is so great. But you dislike him so it'd be pointless.

They are well written and important in general. Of course kishi couldn't go without making any screw-ups. Obito while he was a villain was horrifying. He was ok as a kid, as a masked man and as a good guy.
