Why are we underrating uchiha madara ?

To Underestimate living EMS Madara is foolish, the guy collaborated with the kurama and casually was sending hundreds of TTB fused with sussanos swords and it didn't even faze him. To underestimate a guy who could do that is not sensible, we haven't even seen what jutsus his unstabilized Perfect sussano can do or what his MS techs are.
