[Question] Why are we talking about Kidd v Kaido?

I see a lot of people claiming Kidd v Kaido is gonna happen, my question is what makes you say this? I've seen nothing in the manga that suggests they will fight especially right now. Let's recap the events:
Kidd and Co. are on an island, they hear a loud explosion and go to find a giant human sized hole. Out comes Kaido, which them all being world renowned pirates are familiar with seeing as he's a Yonko and all, so they know who it is that fell. They have a plan to attack Shanks, attacking Kaido first would serve no purpose and only work against them so they won't initiate the attack. Kaido then gets up and pays them NO attention, he clearly has no interest in fighting them. So I ask you, what is it that makes the lot of you so sure that this fight is destined to happen? Because I've seen nothing in the manga to suggest it.

Kaido did caused a bit of trouble for Kidd by jumping out of nowhere, so Kidd might be pretty pissed off to say the least.

The Kid alliance will get demolished. It's Kaido's introduction, so they'd be used to hype him, but they won't die. They'd be traumatized though, well except Kid maybe and would start wondering how foolish Luffy's alliance is to start a conflict against him, and other useless stuffs like that

Kidd has no business with Kaidou and Kaidou is after Doflamingo/Luffy and Law

If Kaidou wipes Kidd and the rest out there is no point for them to go after Shanks because they're too weak.

If he's cowered enough to do something like that he'd never bother with targeting Shanks in the first place.He'd most likely provoke Kaido. But at the same time Kid was shown to be level headed enough to understand the obvious gap b/w him and his opponents which was shown when he tried to avoid fight with admiral. So lets hope that he won't do anything wrong.

Kidd has no fear he already plans to attack Shanks and he also attacked Big Momma's ships before . Kidd also have a temper and out of all the super novas had the highest bounty because of his cruelty. To Kidd a yonko is just another peice of meat to be stewed

You don't seem to understand the difference

Kidd destroying Big mom's ship for supplies without Big mom near is pretty risk free, you will make the yonkou mad, but they're not around to punish you for it.

Same as Luffy 'stealing candy' or the plan to take Kaidou's Smiles.

Law and Luffy made a 30% chance to win plan by try setting up Kaidou and Doffy and crippling him first before they strike. That's something different than planning to attack one yonkou and being forced to fight with another in mint condition.

Even Kidd can't be so stupid to take Shanks on on equal grounds, he needs to have an advantage.

To think that yonkou are pieces of meat to be skewered is just asking for an early grave.

Lol he has his Supernova buddies backing him up, the same guys he's hoping to beat Shanks with.

Pretty sure about them not planning to attack Shanks head on. They're brave, planning to take on Shanks and all but they're not ready for a direct battle. He might do something reckless as you said but he might as well stand there without doing anything as he know that he'd get trashed.

I Know right, the SN need to get hella stronger before they start going after the strongest pirates in the world.

We have luffy and Law going after a Yonko with only a 30% chance of victory. Lol you would have thought they'd call it off after that, at least until they all got much stronger.

I don't think Kidd is gonna necessarily instigate a fight but I don't see him backing down and cowering out. Kaidou could already be mad and use his battle with the group to signify he means war, doesn't mean he has to start it with Doffy/Luffy and Law from the get go.
