why are Tsunade's students...

Kishi is not good developing females . Only strong females in Naruto are Kushina,Mei and Tsunade .

The others are fodders.

so weak compared to Jman's and Oro's students like Kabuto Minato Naruto Nagato Sasuke?
Kishi should have made either Sakura or Shizune a little bit more powerful (not as OP as a male character, just a little bit stronger Lol)

Because none of her students are Jin or had jutsu made and waiting for them, sharingan susano and creepy enough to go and steal the DNA of every badass character you can.

None of her students mainly fight either, and neither of them are the 2 main faces of the show(naruto and sasuke)

They are the best medical ninjas after Tsunade and Kabuto.

Kishimoto is a sexist individual. That is the only answer I can give as to why those females (and many others) simply do not stack up against the males.

He never gives them any powerful abilities or anything, and most have abilities directly pigy-backed off of something/someone else that can do it 10 times better.

Sakura - Heal and super strength (unimaginative and piggy-backed off Tsunade)

edit: Tsunade and Konan are probably the best females he has and Konan's ability is paper oragami for god's sake.

About the thread, Shizune isn't that weak, she's jus more if a medical ninja than a fighter
