Why are there pornographic GIF's

How come it is okay with the moderators that you can have pornographic gif's. It doesn't make sense? I have no problem with anything pornographic, but it just appears that moderators only enforce rules they wish to enforce while ignoring some who break them. With that being said, I think the moderators more then likely enjoy the gif's of porn.
