Why are the other otsutsuki running late?

But Kaguya arrived first and obtained the power instead of the others.

Another foreign Otsutsuki wouldn't arrive for 1,000 years.


What on earth took them so long.

The otsutsuki invasion is JUST now starting in Borutos era.
