sakura and i know people dont care for sakura but she is very strong and probably 3rd best med nin after stunade and shizune the rest are complete fodder man kiba is by far the weakest man and ino the weakest woman

Lee is most definitely not fodder, neither is Neji. Most of them aren't weak, we just haven't seen much of them going all out lately therefore we cannot deduce wether they have improved or not.

Ino is super fodder, at least normal fodder are shown with some taijutsu skill and a ninjutsu here or there and defending themselves once and I do mean one because after that their dead, but Ino doesn't even do that she only has that mind jutsu and once that fails she automatically loses, but she is never alone so she can't be killed

Shino: Has never shown anything impressive?
