Why are some ppl on the base

As the title says why do some people believe a character is above another character due to a certain ultimate jutsu they have for example gai's 8 gates he never used that in the show besides when fighting JJ madara even when Edo madara was about to kill him
Deidara's C4 and C0 these two techs are strong but that doesn't mean he will just use at the start of the fight like some ppl say
And with kakashi people say he can kamui snipe him or kamui one shots I'm pretty sure for majority of shippudden kakashi had kamui and still lost like 5 fights

These people only use their ultimate Justus when its a must or not at all
And I'm talking to the people who say dumb stuff like this
