It seems that people on here only think that a person is worth anything if they are highly-powered. For example, Iruka is chucked into the worthless pile because he hasn't shown any huge abilites.
People should remember that a huge part of Naruto is emotions. Naruto might not have carried on with his path if Iruka hadn't supported him during his emotional toil after Jiraiya's death. Iruka was an important link for Naruto's development.
The same goes for so much else too. People judge Sasuke based on his abilites and general power, but forget his willpower is part of his strength.
