Sussano'O Arrow gets blocked by Rotation. It was able to go up against the Juubi's Tail, while Madara's stabilized Perfect Susano'O sword was said to equal the strength of one Bijuu's tail. Rotation can deal with an MS Susano'O's arrow, even knock it away considering it knocked away something much larger and more powerful than it. Sure, the arrow has penetrative force, but penetrative force was never a problem for Rotation, as shown with the Wooden Spikes, since the only reason those failed was because of their numbers, nothing more.

Gentle Fist also destroys chakra. If Neji gets in close, Susano'O is gone.

Amaterasu gets blocked by Rotation or destroyed by Gentle Fist.

Genjutsu is countered with Neji simply closing his eyes.

Summons, if used, are destroyed by exploding them.

If Neji fails to avoid any of Sasuke's attacks, one blow body can blast them away. Say, if Sasuke is about to slash Neji with his sword, he can emit a blast of Chakra to repel it. This would also put Sasuke off balance and give an opportunity for Gentle Fist.
