Even if Neji can defend against Amaterasu... what about Susanno arrows, Kirin with Kaiten, how's he supposed to hurt Sasuke? 64 Palms, Kaiten, Air Palm? none of that is getting past Susanno. Neji doesn't have a prayer in the world.

Sussano'O Arrow gets blocked by Rotation. It was able to go up against the Juubi's Tail, while Madara's stabilized Perfect Susano'O sword was said to equal the strength of a Bijuu's tail. Rotation can deal with an MS Susano'O's arrow, even knock it away considering it knocked away something much larger than it.

Gentle Fist also destroys chakra. If Neji gets in close, Susano'O is gone.

No, I disagree with the bold. Comparing the Jubi's tail to a penetrative force such as the Susano'o Arrow isn't applicable. Enough penetrative force would break through rotation.

Yea, sure. Even though Kaguya was massively powered up with the RinneSharingan, Byakugan, and the chakra of the Juubi fruit. It took that much power to take out Sasuke.

Same goes for Sasuke being powered by Itachi and Hagoromo. Likewise for Madara and Obito :lol In the end, Kaguya's Vacuum attack is nothing more than the result of her Byakugan and powerful chakra, it has no correlation to the Rinnesharingan.

Pretty sure Gentle Fist already fodderized Rinnegan Sasuke. Unless you're talking about Neji specifically.

Another example is Boruto being able to use gentle fist without having a Byakugan. The gentle fist is only limited to someone with a Hyuga blood line , it is a Hiden, not a Doujutsu ability

Juken is a KKG because only people from Hyuga bloodline can use it.

Not even that. sasuke has the speed to best him in close range, can react to him, Rotation is irrelevant as sasuke can wait it out then attack once he is done or black chidori penetrates through it and kills him. He can recover from the resultant damage through orochimarus healing power.
